The most recent accomplishment in OpenAI's endeavour to scale up deep learning is GPT-4. The publication date was March 14, 2023. GPT-4 is a sizable multimodal model that outputs text and receives picture inputs. It performs on par with humans on a variety of professional and academic criteria, despite being less capable than humans in many real-world settings.

Compared to GPT-3.5, GPT-4 is more dependable, inventive, and capable of handling far more complex instructions. Additionally, they are making OpenAI Evals, their framework for automating the evaluation of AI model performance, open source so that anybody may report issues with their models and contribute to their continued development.
